Ceylan Kızılduman Yazıcı holds a BA and an MA degree in English Language Teaching from Middle East Technical University and a PhD in Computer Teaching and Instructional Technology from the same university. She has been teaching in different departments at Bilkent University for 19 years. She has worked as a Curriculum and Testing Coordinator and the Computerized Learning Coordinator in the English preparatory program. Currently she is teaching in the Faculty Academic English Program in the FE/VTS/FMPA Unit and the CITE program in Faculty of Education. She is also working as the Content and Training Coordinator in Bilkent University Educational Technology Support Unit (BETS).
